If you’ve read the January/February 2012 issue of Gospel Today, you may have noticed a new columnist writing a new column– it’s Shellie Blanks Cimarosti, writing our new Fitness column!

The daughter of fitness guru Billy Blanks, who created Tae Bo, Shellie approaches fitness from a Godly persective. We’re blessed to have her on board! Learn more about her by clicking here.

In addition to the techniques she mentioned in the January/February 2012 issue, Shellie created a workout video called PostNatal Power Tae Bo. It’s a workout regimen custom-made for new moms who want to whip their bodies back into shape.

    Its like you learn my mind! You seem to grasp so much approximately this, like you wrote the e-book in it or something.     I comment each time I appreciate a post on a site or if I have something to valuable to contribute to the discussion. Usually it is caused by the passion displayed in the article I read. And on this article Queen Of Charms |. I was moved enough to drop a thought ;-) I actually do have a couple of questions for you if it¡¯s allright. Is it just me or does it give the impression like some of these comments appear as if they are written by brain dead visitors? And, if you are writing on other online social sites, I would like to follow you. Could you make a list all of your communal pages like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?
