Dr. Marvin Sapp to Record First Album since Passing of His Wife; Live from Washington D.C.

Dr. Marvin Sapp, Gospel recording artist and pastor of Lighthouse Full Life Center Church in Grand Rapids, MI will record his first album since the passing of his wife, Dr. MaLinda Sapp. The new album is slated for 2012 and will be recorded live in Washington D.C. under the production of Aaron Lindsley with whom Sapp has recorded his last two projects selling a combined total of more than 1 million units.

Reflecting on the September 9, 2010 passing of his wife, MaLinda Sapp, he told The Grand Rapids Press, “We miss her and, every day, we talk and think about her.” A Celebration of Life to honor her is set for 11 a.m. on Sept. 18 at the Lighthouse Church in Michigan.
