Thanks to him, Destiny is THE PLACE to be every Sunday night for the Live Empowerment Broadcast, and it\’s a haven for young people across Chicagoland.

Reverend Dr. Alyn E. Waller
Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church
Philadelphia, PA
In almost 16 years, Pastor Waller has in- spired more than 10,000 persons to join our fellowship. And although Enon is one of the region\’s largest churches, Pas- tor Waller has brought his mid-western perspective to an east coast city to build a close and caring community that is changing the lives of thousands. Those of us who have come to know and admire Pastor Waller know that he is a relent- less evangelist. His pursuit of knowledge, his creativity, the tireless work to meet the needs of others, the use of his gifts to motivate, encourage, and instruct are for the sole purpose of pointing others to Christ. And that makes him “all that!”

In 27 years of dynamic preaching and teaching we have grown to over 3,000 members. Our pastor is an accomplished musician; he, along with The Voices of Koinonia have made several record- ings including one with members of the Cleveland Orchestra. His original com- position, “Hallelu”, has been recorded by artists here and overseas. We love and admire the angel of our house, our mouthpiece from God.

Bishop James T. Worthy
POWER Church
Charlotte/Monroe, NC
Bishop Worthy has been in ministry for nearly 19 years, and has served as our pastor and spiritual leader since POWER Church\’s inception in August 2007. Un- der his leadership, our ministry has grown from 7 members holding services in his living room to “one church in two loca- tions.” Bishop Worthy\’s commitment to the empowerment and progress of today\’s teens as productive citizens is shown in his partnership with a local high school in the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, volunteering time to mentor young men, preparing high school seniors to meeting their graduation requirements, and estab- lishing a clothing and food bank within the school itself. With all of the man- dates and responsibilities of his time, Bishop Worthy still effectively balances his life as a husband, father, pastor, and business leader.
